CheckDoc is operated from Switzerland and available internationally. Our Privacy Policy covers rights under Swiss law (revDSG), EU/EEA law (GDPR), UK law (UK GDPR), and US law (CCPA/CPRA). Our Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law and include jurisdiction-specific provisions for Swiss, EU, and UK consumers.

Privacy Policy
Updated July 17, 2026Explains exactly what data we collect, how your document is handled, which third-party services process your data (Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel, Cloudflare), and your rights under CCPA and GDPR.
- Document deleted right after analysis; abandoned uploads within 48 hours
- Analysis result cached for 24 hours so you can revisit it
- Document text sent to Anthropic API — never used to train models
- No cookies, no ad tracking, no data sold
